Depression, anxiety, fear and stress are some of the most common, and most uncomfortable, emotions we experience. Left alone, they don't just fade; they build, and carrying it on your own is heavier than it needs to be.
Through counselling, TaylorMade helps you enhance your motivation, perspective and joy, focusing on the connection between your thoughts and feelings, your attachments, and the impact of your childhood experiences, so you're considering the whole picture, not just the symptom in front of you.
Our Approach
We provide an evidence-based, holistic approach to counselling, drawing on a range of practices including EMDR, cognitive-behavioural therapy, schema therapy, crisis intervention, compassion-based mindfulness, narrative therapy, attachment and trauma-focused therapy, developmental approaches and solution-focused therapy.
